Privacy and woodsy view to a green belt offers you an escape, location provides an easy walk to town and most events. Spacious garage for vehiclesand all your gear. Enjoy golfing, boating, hiking, fishing, even riding a hot air balloon or take in a concert just up the street at Deer Valley Resort.

Included also is a HD flat screen TV and WiFi tech center.

A place to truly relax and enjoy before a gas fireplace in the living room or the adult area upstairs. The children's area includes TV, DVD, videos,books, games, puzzles, and activities for most ages.

Think about waking up to a latte and breakfast in a well stocked, energy efficient kitchen. The dining area contains a wet bar.

Our goal is to provide the most pleasant stay in Park City.

Park City is the location of the 2000 Olympics and is ideal for all season activities. Included in these activities are all winter sports as skiing, snowmobiling. It is superbly located with access to local ski resorts. Summer includes hiking, rock climbing, fishing, camping, music festivals, etc..

From Salt Lake City go west on I-80 .Turn right onto 224 to Deer Valley Road. Turn left a couple of miles to Stonebridge Circle. Circle around to the left to 1166.

Our condo allows you to enjoy relaxed homey comfort with the top of the line appliances, including condiments, cooks books, new JennAir range, etc. It is newly remodeled including new furniture. It includes two complete private bedrooms with a children's area to relax and sleep.Chilrens books and games of various age groups are included.A video and DVD played and videos are included. Please bring your own CDs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the master suite includes a king bed and the children's area has twin beds with the bottom being a double and the top a twin.There is a TV in each bedroom. . A laundry area is indoors. We also have a large tandem garage with plenty of storage area. The view from the living and dining rooms is a green belt of Aspen trees.

We have skied Colorado and Utah for 30+ years and found this condo to be one of the best values of our ski vacation experiences. Three adults shared this condo and found it to be very comfortable. Having a garage and washer/dryer were perks! My brother and I like to cook and enjoyed sharing the kitchen area. My boyfriend found the "tech center" to be well equipped for his needs. Communication with Emma was easy either by phone or email. I would definitely recommend this condo to any friend or family!

Great Condo

We traveled from NC to Park City for our first west snowboarding/ski vacation. The condo is very well maintained, is very spacious and provided an excellent stay for us on our week long vacation. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the garage was a nice perk due to the snow and being able to pull in and unload gear and groceries. It was almost like being at home and would recommend this condo to anyone. We look forward to a return trip already and plan to book this place again.

Great condo

Emma's condo could not have been more perfect. We are dedicated skiers and snowbaorders that needed a clean comfortable place near the town. This condo fit the bill. It is located right on the shuttle route, 5 mins from town and 10 from either Park City or Canyons resorts. The condo was perfect for the three of us, although could easily accomade a family of six. Everything was provided for, and Emma could not have been more helpful with any questions or concerns we had.
Great condo, great price, very comfortable and accomadating. We will be back!

Nice place & plenty space in the perfect location

The house was perfect as a matter of fact the place was so nice that we probably stayed in a bit more than we had intended, but that was cool because our trip was about R&R.

The location is great, it's less than a mile from Main Street.

Doing business with Emma was a pleasure. We had zero issues.
