Here you’ll love the great views, a stone fireplace, huge dining room table and a private, five person hot tub on a large wrap-around deck and WiFi Internet access. The family room, dining room, and kitchen are joined for a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy new carpeting, Australian Cypress hardwood floors, and solid knotty pine doors, and slate entryway. There is plenty of room for your family and friends in our four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. (2,000 square feet total. Wedding parties are welcome.

Downstairs are three bedrooms, each with queen beds and a flat panel tv, 2 of them have walk-in closets, Just a block away from the ECO bus service, you can ride to the town of Vail (11 Minutes) and the base of Beaver Creek (7 Minutes) in the Village of Avon. The bus stop is at the top of the cul-de-sac and around the corner. Please email us with your contact information for more detail. This is a no Smoking home. Sorry, no pets. This golf community is also close to the towns of Avon and Minturn, home to dozens of shops, groceries, and restaurants.
