Notes: This condo is located in the Villages of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Our top (5th) floor location in Observation Point North puts you right in the middle of all the events and activities of Baytowne. I cannot stress enough the conveniences of our location just off the courtyard above the Marlin Grill, with great balcony view of the golf course and private owner's green space. This green space offers the relaxation of the designer pool, nice gardens, hot tubs and shaded walkways. Baytowne celebrates with a wonderful fireworks show on Tuesdays during the summer months. The kids will enjoy the weekly movie displayed on the projector screen in the courtyard. A zip line, Euro-bungy, remote control boats, characture artist, and an elaborate fort-style playground make it a virtual wonderland for children. With popular restaurants, nights spots, comedy clubs and the like, the adults can have a blast as well.

Amenity Cards: We have 2 amenity cards that will get you into the second level (owner's) parking and give you access to the building from that parking garage area. Our condo is located on the bay side, which has a great marina that rents boats and jet skis. It also has a wonderful pier that makes for a relaxing scenic walk. It also has a shuttle boat that takes you across the bay.
