Great place to stay!

Where to begin? Location - steps from the boardwalk, close to shopping and dining. If you plan to hang out in Bethany you'll never move your car, which has covered, on site parking downstairs right next to the elevator. Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth Beach are a short drive (OC is about 10-15 minutes, Rehoboth is maybe 20). Pool is right outside your door (wasn't open when we were here but it was too cold to swim anyhow). The unit itself is brand new and in cleaner condition than any rental I've ever seen. Stocked with all the stuff you might forget - towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, beach chairs (!), laundry detergent, dish and hand soap, board games and a fully equipped kitchen with almost anything you need to prepare a meal. Just add groceries - you can shop a few miles up the road at a couple of chain stores for decent prices. Full size fridge and stove/oven means you could really have every meal here. Wireless internet access. We had our coffee on the balcony and did some people watching every morning. At night, we left the screen door open while we watched TV and could hear the ocean. Fireplace is a nice touch (it got cold one night here). It was very quiet - granted, we were here in Oct and a lot of things weren't open, however, even when people parked outside of our window in the morning to walk on the boardwalk, we didn't hear the car doors slamming, dogs barking, etc. This place is pretty much as described/shown in the photos, or better. Sandy is very helpful and responds quickly to emails. Can't think of a reason NOT to return. Hoping to come back next year with our kids during the seas for a family vacation. If you are thinking of renting here, do it.
