Only five minutes from the metro Laurier, the very lively Avenue Mont-Royal and Rue Saint-Denis and Rue Laurier. Walking distance to Festival Jazz of Montreal, Movies Festival, Festival just for Laughs and recently a bixi station in front of the condo if you want to rent a bike. The condo is fully furnished, local phone, WiFi, TV. This condo is available for long term ask for a price!
