Waterside Luxury Home with Private South Facing Pool

Our stay at your villa was very nice. Your pictures were exact to what the villa had. We had a lot of room for 4 people with some extra space. We enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai for breakfast and lunch enjoying the view of herons and a few alligators. All the equipment you had for the beaches was excellent. We rode the bikes a few times also. The washer and dryer came in handy.
We were close to everything that we needed. Shopping was only 4 miles away and the beaches were just a little farther down McCall road. There were many fine resturants close to the area and we tried most of them. The ice cream shop on the corner of Sunnyside and McCall was excellent. Way too many flavors to choose from though.
Englewood beach was great for finding shark teeth and beautiful shells of all kinds.We played all the golf courses and they were in excellent shape and well kept. It was great to have that many so close. We enjoyed all the wild life we saw in the area and on the golf courses. The area was a quiet one and we liked that alot.
Once we figured out Rotonda Circle, we were able to get around pretty darn good. It is good to have a map of the area to help in the beginning. We got a lot of good information at the Community Center in Englewood. A map of the area was only a dollar or you could get one free from any realator in the area. Grocery stores were plentiful and close too.
The villa had everything that we needed for our stay. It had all the utensils one would need, plus all the dinner ware, glasses and cups that one would need. There was an abundance of glass ware for storing and for mixing things. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family. The owners were very easy to work with and answered any questions we would have. They have a great website with everything you need to know about the place and the area.
I used the WiFi a few times too. Like I said before, they had everything you would possibly need while on vacation.

We rented this property for the last 2 weeks in May 2010, and had an absolutely wonderful time.
The whole reason for going to Rotonda West was so that we could relax and do almost absolutely nothing. A true battery recharge. We did this with flying colours.
The house is modern, clean, spacious with all the appliances (ie. washing machine, tumble drier, oven and best of all 'the barbie') you'll need for your stay.
We spent most of our free time around the pool - when not at one of the many excellent local beaches - which is a suntrap for most of the day. The pool is solar heated, which meant the pool never got anywhere near cool, nevermind cold. Brilliant, we loved it, it was just like being in a big bath.
The estate is quiet, clean and safe and close to many white sand beaches, bars, restaurants and grocery shopping.
We had a smashing time at this property and we're greatful to the owners for allowing us to do so. We know we'll be going back to Rotonda West, and hope we can return to this property, if it's available, Thanks Lorraine.
