Great Expectations is a gulf front home located on Hwy 30-A in Dune Allen Beach. It features 5 bedrooms, with 3 of the bedrooms being gulf front. It has a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed (perfect for the children in the group) and fifth bedroom with 2 queen beds. This home has a spacious family room with a 56 inch flat screen TV, DVD, and surround sound system. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stone floors and stainless appliances, as well as a separate ice maker. The laundry area contains a second refrigerator. There is a gas grill on the deck off the dining area and the pool area has a charcoal grill. There are gas fireplaces in the great room and master bedroom. Located privately is a large 15 x 30 pool which can be heated in the off season for an additional charge. Great Expectations has all you need to have a wonderful vacation at the beach! Its proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment makes it a great choice!

Great Expectations is located on the Gulf of Mexico along the scenic Hwy 30-A where there are some of the world's most pristine beaches. There are many state parks and dune lakes nearby to explore during the day. Numerous art galleries, quality shops, and excellent restaurants abound. Come explore all the unique architecture that numerous beach communities offer or enjoy some of the local festivals or events throughout the year. There are so many different activities for all ages! Across the street from Great Expectations are bike paths, shopping areas and restaurants. Less than a mile from our home is a golf course. Some of our guests have said they didn't get back in their car the whole week!
