House, 3 Bedrooms + Sleeping Porch, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

This is a beautiful house with amazing panoramic views. Our quiet cul de sac makes it perfect for children. One six seater cart comes with our house. We have bikes, boogie boards, skim boards, loads of chairs and towels for a relaxing day at the beach. All bedrooms are downstairs with the living spaces upstairs to maximize the ocean views. Huge master bedroom has a private porch with ocean breezes and a large bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Two other large bedrooms, one with a private porch, finish out the lower floor.

Walk upstairs and you will be amazed at the views. Every direction you look is water! You can see the Bald Head Island Club, the golf course and lagoons behind the house and the ocean in front. We have comfortable seating in the living room with views of the beach. The best seats in the house are the large Adirondack chairs lined up for maximum view on the balcony facing the ocean. There is a small sleeping porch off the living room that offers a quiet escape and views of the golf course. The bright kitchen has modern appliances and is fully equipped. The large dining room table seats friends and family with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Visitors will enjoy cable TVs with DVD players in each bedroom and in the living room. We also have Wi-Fi for internet access.

We have temporary memberships, available upon request, to the Bald Head Island Club that is a quick ride or a walk from our house.

Why Jim and Peggy Todd chose Bald Head Island

We've been coming to Bald Head Island for over ten years. We've used the island for family reunions and for ourselves. This house has allowed my family to enjoy Bald Head year round and has added so many wonderful memories for my kids.

What makes this house unique

We love the easy walk or drive to the Bald Head Island Club. It's a leisurely twenty minute walk on the beach to MoJo's (formerly Eb n Flo's). You can sit on the front porch at night and watch the lighthouse from Oak Island. The extra screened porch in the back is a great place to sit and read in the mornings. We love the ocean views from the kitchen and front deck. We really have views from all directions including ocean, golf course and maritime forest. My kids take the bikes out and go everywhere - especially the ice cream shop! We're in a great location.

What a great home and the 360 degree views on the top floor are phenomenal. Short walk to beach, enjoyed sunsets on the porch, afternoon naps on the sleeping porch and the sound of the ocean waves just across the street. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable getaway.

Only item lacking would be a gas grill versus the supplied charcoal grill.

What a cutie! Unbelievable views and perfect for golfers and family....I love the way that you can see water from every window. Great outdoor shower. Easy for all families to gather! Well decorated and appointed.
