Villa La Cuesta is nestled in the hills of El Pedregal, a very exclusive gated community located within walking distance of town and the marina. This private villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom plus a half bath off the dinning room, private pool, large flat screen TV with satellite service, wireless computer server through out the villa, gourmet kitchen, tastefully decorated. Everything you could possible want is provided for you in this fabulous vacation home. The view is breathtaking, from sun rise to set, enjoy the activity of the harbor, in the evening the city lights sparkle. All this and only a short walk to the marina or town, with shopping, dinning and exciting night life. Pedregal has a beautiful private beach, tennis courts, basketball court and a lovely park area, or near by enjoy golf, fishing, diving, jet skiing. A wonderful experience awaits you.
