Completely remodeled with ALL NEW furniture, flooring, appliances and beautiful mountain décor.

Over 2700 square feet of bright open space to enjoy family and friends.

Enter into the living, dining and kitchen area, with flat-screen TV, CD/DVD and beautiful gas fireplace, all open with vaulted ceilings.

The upstairs master suite has a king-size bed and fireplace, as well as a spacious loft area with an office set up (laser printer/fax) and pullout queen sleeper.

Below the living area, you will enjoy another master bedroom with king bed and fireplace and full bath, as well as a bunk room for the kids, with two bunk beds and another full bath.

All bedrooms have televisions with DVD capabilities - and we have a HUGE movie library for kids and adults. Bring your laptop and use it anywhere, as we have wireless internet access, as well as a laser printer/fax for your office needs.

Our family loves the mountains. In addition to Park City/Deer Valley, we have vacationed in Steamboat, Jackson Hole, Big Sky, Mount Hood, Tremblant and Smuggler's Notch. When we decided to buy a vacation home, Park City came out the clear winner. We love the community, the people, the hiking, the biking, the skiing, the restaurants -

it is a fabulous town!

Our home is quite large and accommodating for a family and guests, which makes our extended visits very comfortable.

We are happy to share our home with you and hope that you enjoy your stay as we do!!!

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2012

Before we bought our home, we had stayed in downtown Park City and in Upper Deer Valley. We decided to settle in Lower Deer Valley because it is centrally located. It is within walking distance to the Snow Park Lodge ski lifts and downtown shopping and dining.

We love our Stonebridge home because it is so large that you truly feel at home and you can have lots of people without feeling the least bit crowded.

And our townhome is an end unit, which provides lots of sunlight from all the windows!

Best of all, our location is ideal! We can walk to main street, with all the shopping and restaurants or to the snow park lodge, for the lift up the mountain for skiing, hiking or biking. And if you're not up for the 10 minute walk, the free shuttle picks you up right in front of the complex!

Overall, many great things about the property including: location, ease of access/check-in, layout and space to easily accommodate two families comfortably. Two items that kept it from receiving an "Excellent" rating.
1) Condition of pots/pans for cooking meals
2) The bottom level (where the kids sleep) was pretty chilly even when using a space heater
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thank you for the comments. We strive to provide our guests with an "Excellent" experience in all respects. We are not sure what the particular concern is with the cookware. Other guests have described the kitchen as "well-appointed". We will check the cookware and make any warranted replacements.

We are sorry that you found the downstairs to be chilly and are disappointed that you did not contact us or our house manager to request assistance. We send an email to our guests the day after arrival to ask whether everything is going well. We want our guests to be comfortable in our home and encourage them to contact us with any concerns. We advise guests that the living room gas fireplace is near the thermostat and that the temperature setting may need to be adjusted to compensate for the heat that the fireplace produces. We have been in the house when the temperatures were in the single digits and found that both downstairs bedrooms were warm without using space heaters. We certainly will confirm that the heating system (which was installed in 2012) is keeping all living spaces at a comfortable temperature.

I would highly recommend this condo for a stay at Deer Valley. The description is very accurate. We have 3 kids ages 8-14 and we had more than enough room. The property is very well maintained and the manager on site, TJ was very helpful and responsive. The location is fabulous! One stop on the free shuttle to the mountain for skiing. Another plus about the beautiful condo is that it had all you needed for cooking, even had some basics like olive oil and salt and pepper. We have used VRBO for years with good results but this was my families favorite place!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
