Large master bedroom has balcony, downstairs bedroom is private with access to a full bathroom. Beautifully landscaped backyard with deck, patio, barbecue, pond, calming waterfall sounds, and hillside views. Access to Woodcrest Hills tennis courts, pool, and spa within one block. Over twenty foot ceilings; open floor plan with many windows that offer much natural light. Built-in home theater surround sound speakers in family room, kitchen, master bedroom, and Game/Bonus Room (fourth bedroom). Central air conditioning.
