If you are looking for a first class vacation experience here it is from the property itself and the range of services provided by the owners to give you a really unique experience. My husband and I were looking for a private property that would be a romantic place for my father in law to renew his vows as a surprise to his wife. We were looking for a five star property and are very picky about the properties we stay in and the experiences they offer as well as value for money and. We visited the ranch prior to booking and were happy to see that the pictures shown on the website truly showed off the beauty of this property and more. The interiors of the main house and guest house are beautifully designed down to every detail. The pool area contains a tiki bar area, a huge rock fireplace with outside dining table and beautiful sitting area, creating a tropical experience that makes you feel like you are in another country entirely. My father in law stayed in the guest house which has a huge rock fireplace and outside built in bbq and seating area with jacuzzi which is an experience in itself. The owners made it a very personal experience for them by lighting the fire each night of their stay. Upon check in per our request, a bottle of champagne was waiting for them and flower petals had been trailed from the door of the guest house to the bed, creating a truly romantic experience. For the renewal/surprise, Lisa the owner, provided a minister, flowers and a personal chef that cooked their favorite food and they dined in front of a roaring fire amidst candle light. There is no request which cannot be satisfied by Lisa and her team. Whatever we asked for was satisfied with a big yes and Lisa also put her own personal touches on the event such as releasing doves at the end of the renewal.

Lisa and her team can also provide a chef for everyday, have bbq delivered for you to cook by yourself, have picnic baskets arranged for a day out at the wineries and so much more. They have a complete concierge service that goes above and beyond and gave us the first class service and detail that cannot be offered at a five star hotel or resort. Rolling Thunder ranch is your own private resort with all the five star services and amenities you could want. In addition, it is wonderful for the price of the stay. You would be hard pressed to find anything better. I cannot say enough about Rolling Thunder. It is truly paradise and we will be returning for a stay.
