This classic, rustic chalet located in Schuss Village at Shanty Creek Resort is perfect for a very casual, comfortable place tand it is priced right! Clean, funky, nothing fancy, but just perfect for an 'Up-North' getaway. Kids of all ages will love the 2nd story sleeping loft reached by a spiral staircase. This original Sears Kit Chalet has an open living, dining & kitchen area where everyone can gather for meals, games or to plan the next day. The main bedroom and full bath are all on the 1st floor. The second floor has 2 single beds and 2 double beds plus open space to play games. The driveway has room for your cars & boat or snowmobile trailer. The wrap around deck is a great place to sit and enjoy nature. The Shanty Creek Shuttle can provide rides to skiing, golf courses and pools so it easy for everyone to be on their own schedule. Resort pools and amenities available to guest. No smoking but well behaved pets are welcome. Close to rivers, lakes and hunting areas.

In the spring, come up for the opening of trout season and fish the blue ribbon waters of the Manistee and famed Au Sable rivers. Work on your conditioning at the fitness center, Nautilus equipement, free weights, treadmills with wet and dry saunas. May begins the golf, boating and swimming season. Enjoy one of the four on-site golf courses or select from the many available in the surrounding area. Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire are right around the corner.
