The family room with flat screen TV and fireplace becomes a great hang-out place. The soft leather sofa reclines, inviting guests to relax in front of the fireplace. A private patio just outside offers access to the barbecue and another outdoor dining area. A bedroom suite, with twin trundle bed, is adjacent to the family room.
