This unit was completely renovated in November 2009 to include the following: - All new stainless steel appliances (Fridge, Stove/Range, Dish-Washer, Microwave) - New kitchen cupbaords - Glass backsplash and the highest level of granite countertops available. - All new leather furniture in the living room (reclining chairs and pull-out sofa) - 50' Plasma TV with Blueray player - New Dining room table with leather chairs - Ashley furniture in the master bedroom - Large TV's with cable in both bedrooms All of the rooms are fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need is provided such as a full kitchen, linens and towels, wireless internet, cable television, local calling, beach toys and accessories etc. Also, just across the street is a brand new Publix grocery superstore as well as a four screen movie theatre.

Location: Paradise Beach Club is located on Satellite Beach, an extremely quiet and peaceful white sand beach, just south of Cocoa Beach (10 min) and north of Melbourne (20 min). Satellite Beach is also just half an hour from the Kennedy Space Center and one hour from Orlando and Disney.

If you are looking for a unit with excellent oceanfront views and quick access to the beach (along with all the other benefits that come with a ground-level unit), this is the perfect vacation home for you.
