The property is in the most quiet part of Keramoti, just some 40 m away from a beautiful 10 km long beach with fine sand and crystal clear water. The view from the terrace is towards the sea and Thassos, so that the name Bellevue is well deserved. The apartment is equipped with kitchenette, large fridge with freezing department, toaster, stove, iron, etc. There is also a dining table, a sofa for watching of TV, satellite TV, 37 ' LCD TV-sets, wireless Internet (Wi-Fi). The large terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs made of exotic wood. A large sun umbrella is also available. The smaller rear balcony is suitable for hangout of washing. The best grocery shop in Keramoti is just 150 m away. The best beach bar in the Kavala area - 'Paralia Beach' is just 300 m away.

There are small lagoons with a mix of salty and fresh water and more than 200 bird species, incl. flamingo and pelican. The mouth of Nestos river - a national nature reserve is just 10 km away. It is renowned for its jungle like woods and rare bird species. Horse riding, rafting and canoe-kayaking are among the activities offered there.
