Photos and Description of the Imperia/Porto Maurizio vacation chateau / country house rental

The houses foundation’s walls are approximately 400 years old, therefore it has pretty cross vault and barrel vault ceilings on the two lower storeys. It is built like a tower, on three storeys plus roof-deck with a fantastic panoramic view of Porto Maurizio, the sea and the surrounding olive groves. An unclouded sea view to the south is also offered by the light tower room on the second floor with its two round arched windows. On this floor there is another, smaller, wind protected terrace to the north with a table and 4 armchairs, on demand two chairs from the roof-deck can be added. There is a little kitchenette with electronic grill. The roof-deck has running walled benches, a dining table, two chairs and room for about 4 divan beds.

Artallo is an about 400 year old mountain village, 3 km above the picturesque port of Porto Maurizio, with everything that makes and Riviera holiday enjoyable: beaches, harbour, promenades with many restaurants, bars, small shops and craftsmen. Multiple excursions in both directions, along the coast or into the delightful interior with mountain villages, surrounded by olive groves and forests are possible. But also big cities as Monaco and Nice to the West, Turin to the North or Genoa to the East with many sights and a vast cultural offer are reachable in one to two hours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices refer to 4 people, each additional person is 105 € per week, October – March 90 € per week. Children under the age of 2 in their own child bed without cost. Gas, electricity, water included, plus an additional charge for the final cleaning of 80 €. From November to March additional heating cost of 40 € per week. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are to be brought. Arrival is on Saturdays starting from 4 p.m., departure until 10 a.m. With the down payment of 200 € within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation the rental agreement is binding also from on our side. Outstanding payment until 30 days before arrival at the latest.

On the second upper floor you can find the tower room with wonderful view and a small terrace (including built-in electronic grill) to the back, where you can enjoy your meals. By this you can reach the roof-deck over the outside stairs. The somewhat separated apartment on the ground floor comprises the bedroom with a large double, guest room 2 with a single bed and a small guest bathroom.
