Location and convenience! Style and luxury but still very affordable! Centrally South located 2 story home, in very quiet and well established neighborhood with lots of mature trees. It's also in one of the best Golf course community. Over 2000 square feet, with complete new renovation, total 5 bedrooms. Gleaming hardwood floors through out the house. Brand new kitchen with granite counter top! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom with king size pillow top mattress on main floor. Two full bathrooms with jetted tub, you can take either a relax bath or a quick shower after a busy day! Double French doors lead from dining room to very big mature treed backyard. Living room has high end leather sofa and coffee table, which provide you with comfort and style.
