This is a fully equipped luxury executive villa with new good quality designer furnishings and touches in superb up market location. *All the bedrooms are double size and have brand new LCD televisions in each bedroom plus in the family area-7 LCD televisions in total. Our Villa is approx., 10 minutes to Disney. In a quaint upscale gated community, surrounded by a large lake full of fish! Lakeview Villa sleeps 2-14 persons. This villa has 3 newly furnished reception rooms, two lounges/family rooms are down stairs and another upstairs for quiet relaxation or reading. It also has has 6 large bedrooms with a total of 7 LCD new televisions. There is a fantastic clubhouse in the Community. The villa is in a gated upscale community of Aviana. The swimming pool is south facing, very private and not overlooked. If you like fishing, here it is. The house is ideal for relaxation and total peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Close to shops and restaurants.

Our Villa surroundings: Peace and quiet whenever you want it away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Disney is just under ten minutes easy drive away, as is Sea World. Close by is Universal Studios and Wet 'n Wild. Busch Gardens is about an hour away and the Gulf and Atlantic beaches 90 minutes away. The house is ideal for relaxation and total peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Excellent bird watching spot as the house is beside a lake. Large screened off enclosure plus plenty of space in the garden.
