No detail has been spared on this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath newly constructed estate located overlooking the 13th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. This property boasts 2 master suites both with fireplaces and oversized master baths. Three additional children's suites with en suite baths complete the design. A separate office / library with fireplace conveniently located on the main living level provides privacy and comfort while attending to the business matters of the day. An oversized bonus room has been designed as a home theatre but can be used as a children's bunk room or game room. Chef's kitchen has been designed with a double wide sub zero refrigerator and freezer, sunken copper European kitchen sinks, dual dishwashers, Viking microwave, cooktop and dual oven system.
