The Condo is located in Pass-a-Grille Florida, a quaint town and is part of St Pete Beach. The unit is very new and all of the furnishings are also new. Parking is available next to the unit and you will be provided a parking pass at no additional charge. Since it is on the ground floor, moving your baggage in and out is simple. You may eat in, as the kitchen is well equipped for cooking; or eat out at the many high quality nearby restaurants. Laundry is no problem, as the unit is equipped with its own washing machine and dryer. It is truly a quiet place and ideal for a vacation on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is across from the condo and deep sea fishing as well as dock fishing are 1 block away, on the bay side of the island. You couldn't ask for better access to these activities. All types of other family activities are available moments away. Once you come off of the beach, rinse off and relax in the pool area. There is access to the pool from the unit directly.

This is a quiet, peaceful area with direct access to the award winning beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. It is quite close to all types of activities. These include deep sea fishing charters, pier fishing, The Pirate Ship at John's Pass, wonderful restaurants and the Fort Desota Park. Some of the Major attractions within driving distance are The Salvadore Dali museum, Busch Gardens Adenture Island, The Florida Aquarium. The Tampa Zoo, and the Hard Rock Casino.
