Enjoy watching the sunset from the balcony of your condo. This condo is newly furnished and immaculately clean and spacious. For extra sleeping we have a futon in the extra bedroom along with a queen size sofa bed in the large living room. Enjoy the newly refurbished deck with pool, hot tub and shuffleboard facilities. The condo is near Clearwater Beach offering easy access to the many activities and restaurants offered in the area. Jet ski and kayak rentals are close by along with parasailing, boat rides, deep sea fishing and golf courses. Bush Gardens in Tampa is 40 minutes from the condo. The facility provides storage for bicycles to enjoy riding on the trails in the area. This is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer in the unit.
