  • 10$ discount built into weekly rates. Cleaning fee waived for stays of 5+ nights
  • Tax and service fee for all nightly rentals is a total of 14% but includes all processing, taxes, and service fees.
  • $300 refundable security deposit required. 1st night + tax + security deposit required to book. Remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 45 day window will be refunded in full minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will incur a $150 processing fee and in addition are subject to forfeiture of 1st nights rent if we are unable to re book the unit for the same dates.
