You will feel at ease in our very well-equipped, comfortable holiday home. Constructed in the traditional style of the region, our house fits in harmoniously with the surroundings. It has a unique location, directly where the wine is grown and cultivated in the year. The villa is very luxuriously furnished. It is furnished for 5 persons. One can quickly forget the day-to-day stress on the beautiful terraces. Peace and rejuvenation are promised. The house is furnished for 5 persons. Apart from the lavish living space, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, so that a total of 5 persons can sleep here.

Varied landscapes and protected nature: Located in the midst of a very green natural landscape and wine countryside, uniting the culture, festivals, tourism and ardent tradition of Ardeche. At the same time, it is an ideal starting point for the exploration of the naturally rich and sporting variety of the region.

Sport and leisure: Swimming outdoors in the La Baume river at a distance of ca. 5 minutes from the house. White-water rafting and canoeing in innumerable rivers at a distance of ca. 1 km to 25 km from the house. Riding centre in the vicinity. Tennis courts on the property.

Numerous hiking trails. Fishing by the river. Motor bike rental in Aubenas 20 km. In winter, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing/snowboarding one hour from the house.

Discoveries!: Innumerable caves lie in the vicinity and await an expedition.

The place of Rosieres lies at a distance of ca. 600 m from our holiday home. Every shopping possibility is available at the location and in the neighbouring medieval Joyeuse. 2 Supermarkets, local shops and the weekly market provide the visitors with a wide range of offers. Joyeuse is at a distance of ca. 2 km from the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot or by car. Free parking space is available. One can also have a good meal and a stroll here. The popular weekly market takes place here every Wednesday.

Other Activities: GO-karting, motor bike touring, ULM - rental

Ski: One can ski cross-country and ride sledges in the mountains around 1 hour from the house. Moreover, lifts and more super downhill-skiing is available. Winter sport-equipment can be rented on the spot.

Notes

  • The rent is applicable for an occupancy of maximum 5 persons in the Villa des Vignes.
  • The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning. As a rule, arrival and departure takes place on Saturday. A down-payment of 25% has to be made with a confirmed booking. Deposit 200 €. Balance payment 6 weeks prior to the start of the trip. Price inclusive of electricity and water. In the winter (December to April), a heating cost is calculated at a flat-rate of 30 Euro per week! No firewood is included in the rent.
  • From the year 2006, motor bike tours are offered with and without chaperone. Please contact us when interested.
