You could not ask for a better location. This private gated compound has tons of charm with all of today's amenities. 14 foot pitched ceiling in living room w/ large wooden beam. Hand crafted gorgeous wall sconces & light fixtures. Newer stainless steel appliances, separate laundry room w/ washer/dryer, Direct TV w/ Premium Package including HBO, Showtime, XM music channels, and sports package, wireless Internet, TIVO, stereo speakers throughout,TV in Living Room and bedroom, dining table with 4 chairs, red & white wine glasses, fully equipped kitchen w/ gas stove. Leather couch that folds out into a queen size bed with duplicate set of sheets and linens, 2 leather chairs. Great closet space in bedroom, hallway, and living room. Very private back yard with 8 foot tall stucco walls and gate.

We are 1.5 blocks North of Santa Monica Blvd, 5 blocks South of Sunset Blvd, and Beverly Hills is 4 blocks West. You can walk to the grocery store, banks, restaurants, bars, and the West Hollywood Park is 2.5 blocks away. We are close to it all!
