Our spacious vacation home (165 sq meters) with pool is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Just one minute away are the Majors Golf Course and a Publix shopping center. The beach can be reached in 25 minutes.

Nearest Motorway: Highway I95 Exit 173 at 5 Miles
Palm Bay is located at the east coast of Florida, the so-called Space Coast. Imagine 33 miles of sandy, uncrowded Atlantic beaches with plenty of room for seaside fun. Only sixty minutes to Orlando with it's countless amusementparks, like Disneyworld, Universal Studios or Seaworld. The Kennedy Space Center along with the exotic cruise destinations available from Port Canaveral are just a short drive to the north.

Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es läßt keine Wünsche offen und bietet ausreichend Platz. Super Lage: wenige KM zum Strand und nach Orlando und Cape Canaveral ist es nur eine Autostunde.
Wirklich ein rundum entspannter Urlaub. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Nach 2008 waren wir im Mai 2009 zum wiederholten Mal für 14 Tage in Palm Bay. Das Haus bietet ohne Abstriche wirklich alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Lage, mit nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Autobahn (Interstate) Anschluss, und der Weg zum Strand ist auch nicht allzu weit. Der Vermieter selbst pflegt das gesamte Anwesen mit großer Fürsorge und steht jederzeit mit Rat, Tat und zahlreichen Tipps zur Seite.

Urlaub Sommer 2008, waren wir in diesem komfortablen, gepflegten, für Einkauf,Strand,Disney, CapeCaneveral sehr zentral gelegenem Haus, im alltäglichen amerikanischen Flair sehr gut auf gehoben und verbrachten einen unserer erholsamsten Urlaube !

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend; der Pool mit Mückenschutz ist herrlich. Der Vermieter ist äußerst fürsorglich und hat uns mit einer Menge nützlicher Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Palm Bay sind hervorragend, der Strand ist weitläufig, sauber und mit Duschen und sanitären Anlagen versehen. Die Attraktionen rundherum, besonders Cape Canaveral, haben uns und unsere drei Teenager-Jungs begeistert. Für uns war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!
