I stayed at this property in Oct. 2012, house and property were exactly as they appeared. The house was very clean and well appointed, with the yard being exceptionally private and very quiet. My 92 year old grandmother made her first trip to psp and thought it was wonderful, easy access and parking no stairs-just an easy place to be.
I will be renting this property again and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great location as everything is within walking distance, fantastic place to stay and what a great long weekend away!!

Perfection in Paradise

We loved every second of our Palm Springs holiday, and felt so fortunate to stay in this beautiful, ideally located home.

The property: a super clean, spacious, comfortable, stylishly decorated home on a quiet, gated courtyard shared by a few similar homes. The little community has a shared pool a few steps from your front door which we used several times and always had to ourselves. The pool area has shaded tables and chairs, and we had a light meal there. The home itself has a spacious private courtyard in back with seating, gas fire, and a wonderful grapefruit tree that provided our breakfast fruit daily! The beds were all super comfortable and we had every amenity we could possible want or need.

The location: A blissfull 5 minutes from the Palm Springs airport. We walked to the heart of downtown for dinner every night. Just a few blocks off the main drag, the location could not be better. We also ventured out to the tram, air museum, and even Newport Beach -- the home has private, covered parking just steps from the door so having a car was very convenient. There are hikes right out the door, as well, but we didn't get a chance to take advantage of them.

The owners: WHAT stars. Ashton is so committed to making sure you have a wonderful time. He's extremely responsive and completely happy to answer any question you have. They've collected great information on everything Palm Springs has to offer and provide it for their guests.

We can't wait to go back. If Palm Springs is on your agenda, book this home now. You won't be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The home is extraordinarily spacious with marble floors throughout and what must be a 12' ceiling in the living room. Listing and pictures are exactly what you see. House, back patio and common pool are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and much more are on South Palm Canyon Drive (i.e. downtown Palm Springs), an easy 5-short-blocks walk away. Gated community has covered on-site parking if needed. If we are renting in PS again, we'd love to stay here. We highly recommend this lovely home.

We stayed here for an extended period and had a fantastic time. The home is very modern and stylish with excellent mountain views. It’s well equipped and is in an excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, the art museum and hiking. This is the place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
