The home is central to everything... 10 miles to beaches, a few minutes from downtown Fort Myers. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment surround the neighborhood. The pool overlooks a beautiful, wide canal. Fish jump and manatee play in the canal. Private, screened lanai with lots of cozy seating. Have your meals al fresco overlooking the water. Amazing sunrises! Wonderful breezes throughout the house with ceiling fans in every room. Completely remodeled with 18 inch tile throughout. New kitchen and appliances, including washer/dryer. Simple, tropical decor very clean. Centrally-located south Fort Myers location.
