The Legacy is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Florida on C30A. This Townhome is decorated with travertine tile, hardwood floors, cultured marble bath, upgraded stainless steel appliances, private garage, private interior elevator, wireless Internet, two community pools shared with only 5 other units and access to the Legacy Community private boardwalk. The garage and second bedroom are located on the first floor. The living room, with pull-out sofa, full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, full bath and balcony are located on the second floor. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, alcove area with a twin bed (great for young children) large bath with double sink vanity, two-person shower, a jacuzzi tub, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a balcony are located on the third floor
