This charming cottage was built in the early 1800's before Florida was a state. It is located in one of the most famous neighborhoods in St. Augustine, the Abbot Tracht, named for Lucy Abbot, a female developer, lady ahead of her time. Within walking distance of everything, the historic district, (city gates are just 2 short blocks away, the antique district, walk one block and you are on your way to finding your treasures to take home. The Fort, famous for it's cannon firing and re enactments is just short blocks away. If you are on vacation for a few days or here for a wedding, honeymoon or just to enjoy our lovely city the cottage offers it all.

This lovely cottage is located in the heart of St. Augustine, steps away from the city gates, historic St. George Street, the antique district and minutes away from beaches. Art Walks on the 1st Friday of the month and Uptown Saturday night the last Saturday. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Ghost tours, city tours by trolley and by boat. Art and craft festivals, Nights of Lights November thru January. Cannon firing at the Fort just 2 blocks away. Ripleys Believe it or Not around the corner. Something for everyone. Wedding or Honeymoon or just a wonderful visit to a wonderful city in a historic cottage you can call your own. We can stock your pantry, have the wine and flowers waiting for you if you are celebrating a special occasion. Owners are close by and manage this property themselves so you can be assured of the best service.
