Situated on the 3.5th kilometer on the Kukulcán Boulevard, this brand new villa is in a strategic spot. It can be reached by car or by boat, due to its deck facilities. It neighbours another 12 villas with very friendly people. It has a very big garden and a big pool where families can spend the day or refresh after a long day of 'touristing'. The gazebo on the canal is ideal to open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset or get a home delivered massage. Groceries are just a block away, and so is the bus stop, the steakhouse and the marina, where one can book tours and trips to see the beautiful natural spots. Buses go all night and the security personnel is on duty 24/7 for your safety. The housekeeping is run by us once a week, we just want you to relax and enjoy. Ask us about trips and tips, we are locals, we are flexible and we want you to enjoy Cancun.

The bus stop is right on the street entrance. Being on the 3.5th kilometer on the main Boulevard (the only one), situates you 10 minutes bus-ride from the Hotel Zone´s hot spot on one side and downtown on the other, if you feel like touring local Cancún.
