In a quiet neighborhood just four blocks from the Main Plaza, and close to restaurants, the opera house, museums, galleries, and shopping. This property offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, an office, a center court-yard with a plunge pool, a secluded garden, and a completely private second-floor terrace off the master bedroom/bath and a guestroom with another terrace to the other side.

The villa has been totally restored and presents several special features, such as a central foyer that introduces an open curving sculptured stairway to the second level with an historic stained glass window at the top; a sitting area in the garden next to a stone fountain that invites time for a relaxed coffee or cozy evening dinner, an outdoor shower in the cool shade of trees, and interior floors of original hand-crafted tiles. The villa is filled with light, and all rooms are open and airy. There is high-speed Internet access. All rooms have ceiling fans and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. All beds have new orthopedic queen-size mattresses. Maid service is provided once-a-week; washing machine on premises. Merida is 30 minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.
