This large, beautiful 3 bedroom Carriage Home is located in one of Naples finest, most unique communities. The Quarry is centered around a 230 acre lake and 830 acres of nature preserve. It includes a private golf course and over 10 miles of walking and bicycling paths. A long white sandy beach on the lake adjoins The Lake Lodge which features 2 pools, (one a lap pool and the other a large family resort style pool), playground equipment, fitness center and a very nice restaurant. The Quarry is convenient to almost everything, located 3 miles from I-75, 20 minutes from the Gulf Of Mexico or downtown and 25 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport. The Condo itself is a spacious 2nd floor ranch style condo overlooking a small lake and the 17th tee of the golf course. Tastefully decorated with quality furniture, it features a great room, dining room, kitchen with eating area, huge master bedroom, two other bedrooms, large den/office, spacious closets and a large screened-in lanai.
