First you have a professionally furnished state of the art private town home almost 2000 sf with twin King sized masters, Full kitchen, Living room, Dining room, private lanai and splash pool, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV so your whole family has the space, the privacy and the comfort of home ….but then you have the entire Resort with a Massive lagoon style swimming pool, twin grotto Jacuzzis, tot pool, movie theater, Fitness center, sauna, indoor outdoor playgrounds, Game room with billiards, darts, ping pong, arcade games, fuse ball, air hockey.     Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM.
    All properties are non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed.
    By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
    **(4 Bedrooms- Maximum Occupancy: 10 5 Bedrooms- Maximum Occupancy: 12)**
    Reservation Deposit & Payment
    To confirm your reservation a $220.00 deposit is required. $20.00 is a non-refundable booking fee and $200.00 will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
    All rates are subject to a 13% state and local tax.
    There is a one time cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights. (4BR- $75. 5BR- $85)
    A security deposit of $250.00 is required against any damages or loss that may occur.
  • Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The deposit can be made using any accepted major credit card as listed below or cash upon check-in during normal business hours, or by check up to (30) days in advance. Charges for any damage or loss will be applied to your credit card or deducted from your check or cash deposit. The guest will be reimbursed the full amount or any portion thereof after the home has been inspected, should no damage or loss have occurred. This reimbursement will be mailed to your home address on file in a timely manner.

    Date Change Request
    Any request to change a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, Paradise Palms will do its best to accommodate you whenever possible.

    Cancellations
    Cancellations received 30 days prior to your arrival date are refundable subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 made-up of a $20.00 booking fee and a $30.00 administrative fee.
