Located in the heart of Historic Watch Hill between Watch Hill Harbor and the Watch Hill Carousel - includes beach passes and 2 parking spaces. Prime downtown location, walk out your door to local shopping, dining, entertainment, and waterfront access.

Watch Hill has over 50 quality shops, dining, the famous flying horse carousel, and three beautiful beaches. East Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, Carousel Beach (the family beach), and Napatree Point Beach is the 1 1/2 mile stretch enjoyed by many locals and visitors for sunrise and sunset walks.

This condo with approximately 1000 sq ft, offers two bedrooms - the master has a queen bed with private balcony looking out over the Bay and private bath with shower stall. The second bedroom is complete with two twin beds and full bath with tub/shower combo just one door down the hall. The Kitchen-Living-Dining area is light, bright and spacious with vaulted cleanings, and private decks off both the front and back of the condo with spectacular water views.

The condo unit was lovely. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great views from the three decks and easy walking to shops and restaurants and beach. We will definitely be staying there again.

Could have been cleaner, Floor Fan & portable fans very dirty. Oven dirty, pans unusable teflon pitted. Had to buy my own pan. Couch had stains & rip. Covered it with clean sheet. chairs out side (1) broken and one on its way. Bucket to wash feet loaded with sand not cleaned out.. Rugs stained. However, bathrooms clean, kitchen, refrigerator and living room clean, Bedrooms pretty clean. everthing else was very good. Loved the place. Beautiful view of Watch Hill. Perfect location for us. All and all a beautiful
place. Listing was accurate. Would recommend it, if it was cleaner in some areas as mentioned. Recommend Ice Cream shop for breakfast. Deli for lobster roll. Recommend Ocean House for lunch, beautiful view and very good food.We had a great time. Debbie was very helpful. I would rent it again when I go to Watch Hill. We met owner next door, Mark. He has air conditioner in bedroom. That might be something to think about. All and all We thought it was beautiful & spacious. Everything you needed was there.

Owner's Response: Thank you for letting me know about the maintenance issues. These did not exist when our season started and will be taken care of when the busy rental season is over.

POTENTIAL FUTURE RENTERS: Please focus on the good part of this review. Our rental season is all packed into 4 1/2 months. Prior to the beginning of each season, all carpets are dry cleaned. Broken items are fixed or replaced. And a thorough spring cleaning is done. It is impossible to take care of most of the problems mentioned during the rental season when we only have a 4 hour turn around between each renter. The cleanliness issue has been resolved with the cleaning lady.

Beautiful sunsets and lovely cross breezes

We stayed in the Watch Hill condo for a week. We had fun times at the beach, loved walking the cute little town and sitting on one of the 3 decks watching the spectacular sunsets. The location is perfect with lovely places to take long walks and enjoy the sea air. The condo is bright and well appointed. Bach chairs, umbrella, beach passes in addition to what you would expect in a 2 BR condo. We will return.

Beautiful views!

Great location and nice views from 2 porches that look out over bay and ocean. Enjoyed biking around neighborhoods and out to the light house. Condo was clean and comfortable with lots of light and ocean breeze throughout. Already planning our next stay.
