In the fall/winter, enjoy the dining room that easily seats 8, while looking out at the trees. In the spring/summer, open up the 2 doors in the kitchen that lead to the side and back decks. On the outside: The side deck has 2 tables, 2 chairs and a love seat, a great spot for morning coffee and relaxing after meals. The back deck has a table with an umbrella, 4 chairs and a barbeque grill that can be used year round. There is a beautiful herb and flower garden just off the beck deck behind which sits the cedar barrel hot tub. The hot tub, which can be used year round is situated in a perfect spot overlooking the property and the Catskill mountains. There is a pear tree, concord grape arbor, vegetable garden and pumpkin patch all on the 8 and ½ acres that make up this lush country property. Walk down the rolling hills to the pond or take a stroll around the woods and enjoy the country air.
