Brand new, spacious condo with view of pond. Facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and wi-fi access available in the club house located 2 walking minutes from condo. It offers a seasonal shuttle to and from the beach, beautiful walking trails, lighted tennis courts and a playground for the little ones. Located on an 18-hole golf course (Par 3 & 4) that is lighted for those evening outings. It includes a putting green and a driving range. Putt-putt is also available. For your enjoyment, they have their own club house & pro shop. Golf packages available for snowbirds (Nov- Apr) in Club house.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change wihtout notice.
  • A deposit of $100 will hold a reservation for the following year until Jan 30 of the reservation year. On Jan 30, half of the weekly rate would be due. Any reservation made for the current year will require a deposit of half of the weekly rate. All balances are due to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
    We are PayPal friendly. Credit cards can be used through our PayPal account with a 3% additional fee.
  • Damage Deposit: A $100 refundable damage deposit is required on all rentals. Damage deposits will be refunded by check approximately 30 days after you depart, provided that no damages were found or keys were lost.
    Cancellations: All reservations cancelled anytime before arrival will be refunded less 20% of the weekly rate ONLY if the property re-rents.
    Lost Key: There is a $25 fee if we have to bring you a key after hours. A $10 fee for any key not returned.

Beautiful Surfside Beach and Garden City border Myrtle Beach. Tupelo Bay Executive Golf Course is one of a few lighted Par 3 courses on the Grand Strand and is located on Highway 17.

Brookgreen Gardens: In 1931, Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington founded Brookgreen Gardens, a non-profit 501(c)(3) garden museum, to preserve the native flora and fauna and display objects of art within that natural setting. Today, Brookgreen Gardens is a National Historic Landmark with the most significant collection of figurative sculpture in an outdoor setting by American artists in the world and has the only zoo accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums on the coast of the Carolinas.
