RATES: Rates are based on Sat to Sat. They start at $700 a wk up to $1,200 a wk. plus Tax,$100 cleaning fee and $500 Damage deposit. Which is refundable with 4 weeks of your departure if unit is not damaged. Non refundable booking fee of $150 to secure dates. Total amount due must be paid in full by 30 days prior to arrival. Prices are flexible depending on available dates so ask about specials. (summer rates start at $500 and up per wk.)
