Just a 15-20 minute drive to gulf beaches, downtown Naples, and famous 5th Ave., Marco Island's beautiful beaches and great restaurants are also 20 minutes away, making it quick and easy to access the best Naples and Marco Island has to offer. Nearby are shopping, boating,fishing, and other area golf courses. The everglades is just minutes from your door where you can see alligators and all kinds of birds and wildlife. Temperatures: Winter months the average temp. is mid to upper 70's with evening lows in the mid 50's and sunshine , it is our dry season. Making it an ideal place to spend your winter.
