  • Spring and Fall $100.00/Night 4th Night Free
    Ski Season Rate $125.00/Night 4th Night Free
    Summer Rate $125.00/Night 7th Night Free
    Winter Holiday $165.00/Night 7th Night Free

    Full Payment is due at the time of booking $200 security deposit due
    2 weeks prior to arrival ; In addition to the room fee there is an
    $75 house cleaning fee and the 8% County Tax, Deschute County #805.
    Please call our office to inquire about shorter stays than minimal
    requirement.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations received at least one month prior to your check-in
    date receive a 100% refund. After that, Security deposit is
    forfeited.
    Deposit Policy:
    There is a $200 refundable security deposit. If the house is left in
    the same condition as when you arrived you will get 100% of the
    security deposit back.
    Occupation Policy:
    The total number of overnight guests staying is 6 adults and their
    children under 5. Additional overnight guests are not allowed.

Adorable Cabin with Great Location

This little place is just perfect for our family of 5. It's clean and neat as a pin and has a very nicely stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. We were looking for something more than just a hotel room because we didn't want to have to eat out for every meal. But we didn't want to spend a fortune and this place fits that in between space just perfectly.

We were able to cook in the kitchen and grill on the Huge deck and that saved us a bundle. Plus the 3 bunk beds downstairs worked out great for the kids. They enjoyed the novelty of the bunk beds while my husband and I had our own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It worked out perfectly for our family.

We walked to the pool and the village everyday and they even had a wagon that we used to carry home the milk and other heavier items from the grocery store. This place has it all and we'll definitely be coming back for skiing in the winter and bike riding next summer.

We've rented lots of houses in SunRiver over the years and this is definitely one of the nicest. Even the towels and the sheets are nicer than the typical SunRiver rental house. It's not huge, but it's so cute and comfortable and I just love that cabin feel.
