Rock on the front porch & watch the White Squirrel's frolic in the yard or gather around the piano on the enclosed back porch. 2 acres of land to watch nature or for the children to play. Nestled near town White Squirrel Hill will give you the best of both worlds in a nice neighborhood getaway but also close to downtown Hendersonville. Our #1 goal is for you to feel at home. There are many personal touches throughout our home to make you feel welcome. If you have any special request please let us know & we will do our best to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Just approximately 30 minutes from Brevard, Asheville, or Chimney Rock. Come stay with us and enjoy the beautiful mountains at White Squirrel Hill.
About Christy Evans

My husband and I have been married for 13 years. We have two beautiful children. Carley is 11 years old and Brody is 18 months old. This is my childhood home and I have always lived in Hendersonville. My Husband moved here from the Eastern part of NC when he was 3. I enjoying spending time with my family and volunteering at my daughters school and Hospice. My Husband has been with Borg Warner Corp. for 22 years. We are members of First Baptist Church of Hendersonville.

This is my childhood home. My Dad built this house in the early 50's and it was further built on to in 1995. My parents have since passed away and I wanted to be able to share with others how special this home is. My parents always loved to have a house full and everyone was always welcome. So what better way to keep their memory alive and their importance of family than to share with others.

What makes this house unique

We take pride in our home and manage it ourselves. We live 3 miles from the home so we are always available with any questions or concerns.Our goal is to make you feel at home. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and have 'at home' touches throughout the home. We appreciate our guests and welcome you anytime.

Also, there is a washer and dryer and ironing board on the enclosed back porch. We have a porta crib and high chair to accommodate your little one too.

I rented this house for my family to stay in who were coming to Hendersonville to help me and my husband celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the house was great, plenty of room it was like a home away from home, it had everything they needed to make their stay comfortable without having to spend extra money, location was perfect, Evans family thank you,the house has every amenity you listed and then some my grandchildren enjoyed the toys and the candy. The house was great. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of room and lots of extras. There were 6 adults and 1 baby, and we will definitely stay again if I we can.

The description of the property is accurate, and the owner had every amenity needed while staying at this lovely home. There is something to do for all ages. The wonderful town of Hendersonville is only a mile away, and the best part, you are surrounded by beautiful mountains. The owners are always available if needed.
I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.
