You are also within walking distance to the Falmouth Harbor, Island Queen Ferry which runs to Martha's Vineyard, restaurants, shopping, and cinemas. There is also a park with a baseball field and basketball court and the bike path is easily accessible. There are endless opportunities for fun!

Top of the line fun vacation spot. The house was well appointed, plenty of room and sunshine. The place was spotless - beds very comfortable. The neighboorhood was beautiful. This was classic cape cod at its best.

The location was perfect. We loved the beach, there were a couple of close restaurants (walking distance) and downtown Falmouth was close. The walk along the ocean had breathtaking views. We also took a daytrip to Martha's Vinyard - it was an easy walk to the Ferry.
