Vacation Bliss!

This vacation home was perfect for our family! Agoura Hills is a quiet and pleasant community, the home itself is immaculate with tasteful decor and the view is gorgeous! My family of 7 loved the spa at night and the pool and waterfall by day.

Our location was not far from all the things we wanted to do:
Universal Studios, Sea World (the best), Sequoya Nat'l Park (the furthest at 3 hrs), Santa Monica Pier,of course L.A., Pacific Coast Hwy (gotta call it PCH like a local, lol), Malibu and oh, so many BEACHES!

Thank you Gloria, for an awesome stay and thanks also for being upright and timely with the return of our deposit money! I highly recommend this home! :)

A Real Home away from Home

We found the property on the internet, the description was accurate, communication with the owner was also ok, so every question we had was answered .The pool and garden were well kept and we did our utmost to preserve everything the way we received it. The neighbourhood is great and safe. You can really feel at home. The house is located close to the Highway ( without any noise however) and close to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the outdoor kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. There is plenty of storage room and because of the good service of the owner you are provided with soap, towels and beach towels. We can recommend this house. There are a lot of places to visit ( we especially liked the Reagan Library and Thousand Oaks Mall ) We will treasure our memory’s and hope that Gloria will allow us another visit.

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this home during the Christmas holidays and could not be more pleased with the house. It is a beautiful home overlooking the Santa Monica mountains in a very private and safe neighborhood in Agoura Hills. The view of the mountains from the master bedroom is lovely. The patio and pool are beautiful. We had a few chilly days during our stay, but almost any other day of the year the pool and patio make the perfect setting for lounging under the CA sun. The house is nicely decorated, well kept and feels very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare a meal, make coffee, etc. The linens are fresh and clean. We have no complaints - it is a very nice house and matched the description in the listing. Malibu is just a short drive through the canyon from the house. Any city in the San Fernando Valley (Calabasas, Woodland Hills, etc.) is not more than a 15-20 minute drive. Los Angeles is easily accessible too, especially the west side and Santa Monica. There are several restaurants, a few grocery stores, pharmacies, etc in the immediate area - not more than 2-3 miles from the house. We highly recommend this house for families visiting the greater LA area. The owner was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

Perfect for a family vacation!

We were on a vacation with our two sons (8 and 12) and this property was perfect for us! The days were busy with beach, shopping and theme parks, and it was great to come back to this lovely place at night to relax and recharge the batteries. The outdoor area is quiet, clean and private, and the pool was frequently used by the kids. The area is safe, and the park next door is good for outdoor activities. Gloria is a landlady that respects her tenanst and gave us prompt responses about our questions. We highly recommend this property...and Gloria :)

Awesome lodging for 4-6 persons

Well-provided and a lot of room. Pretty garden with a comfortable jacuzzi. Great for a barbecue outside. Large beds. Noble facilities. No Problems with the caution. Perfect location a few steps from LA. Affluent neighborhood. Well-maintained and clean property. Good customer Service. Perfect cost-benefit ratio.
