A peaceful beach side end unit townhome is totally fenced for your private enjoyment. Keyless entry system is great for beach going. BBQ & plenty of chairs for outdoor fun. Children & pets have plenty of room to roam and play in fully fenced yard. Parents and friends can relax in the new hydrotherapy spa with 31 adjustable jets under the palm trees and stars. New screened porch with doggy door has just been added. Ceiling fans make it easy to open windows and listen to the ocean as you fall asleep. Additional child's room with twin bed & lounge chair is off the master bedroom. Both bathrooms are shower/tub combo. Master bedroom has new flat screen HD DVR TV. Washer/dryer in attached laundry means fewer clothes to pack. Telephone with unlimited local & long distance calls in the US. Desk computer, internet DSL wi-fi service also included. Large side yard can hide your RV or boat. All the conveniences of home.

Our subdivision: Ponte Vedra Shores West is a small residential subdivision. It is peaceful, quiet and close to Flagler Hospital, Historic Downtown St. Augustine, beaches, malls and airports. We have a new Publix Supermarket 3 miles away. There are constant activities going on within 20 minutes. It has a little bit of the 4 seasons and far enough north that we usually do not get hit with the hurricanes that tend to hit the lower part of Florida or come up the Gulf Coast. The landmark Castle Otttis is something to see. When giving directions to my unit, I always refer to the castle. They have church services there every Sunday at 11am. How cool is that? Or maybe you want to plan a wedding?

Local activities: Disney and other theme parks are close by for day trips. Cruise ships are up to one hour north or south. The Bayard Dog Track is just up US 1 approx 20 miles. St. Augustine Amphitheater is within 15 minutes. Alligator Farm, Forts, North Beach Camp ground, Guanna State Park, are all within minutes. Skim surfing. Several restaurants within 3 miles & the ocean is one block away! Large public boat ramp 4 miles south on right just before coming over the Vilano Bridge. Smaller boat ramp next to Aunt Kate's (new) Restaurant. Kayaking. Watch the Greyhounds run or play poker at the poker tables at the Bayard Dog Track aprox 15 miles north west just off US-1. Take in a Jaguars pro football game at Jacksonville's Everbank Field. Spring time is TPC at Marriott in Sawgrass just 15 miles directly north of my place on A1A. Golf at Royal St. Augustine 6 miles away. Thinking of college? Check out Flaggler College 5 minutes away.

Private Beach: This is such a nice area to spend time. Our private beach is never crowded and pet friendly. You can either walk the block or take your car and park in the small lot. Walking the beach and looking for sharks teeth becomes addictive. People surf fishing in the morning & evening, surfers riding the waves all times of the day, kites flying all add to the wonders of this great little place of paradise. Your pet can swim in the ocean right along with you. It is truly peaceful and quiet with wonderful neighbors. You can have all the night life and tourism by going back over the bridge and driving in minutes. Great concerts at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Free concerts every Wednesday on Anastasia Island not far from Panama Hatties famous restaurant.

Why Terry Penna chose Vilano Beach

Always loved St. Augustine area. Vilano is better, less congested and more residential than tourists. Walk to the beach, good restaurants within 3 miles, Publix supermarket 3 miles. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room for my pets and flowers. If you come visit, you will see what I mean!

What makes this townhome unique

Walking distance to the beach, sound of the ocean at night. Stars seem to touch you when sitting in the hot tub at night (very private). I am animal lover and made sure my pets would like it here too. Unit is close to so many things and only 51 miles from my home.

Most renters replace what they use (laundry detergent and charcoal) and also have left paper plates, cups & coolers, etc. We use liquid soap in the shower areas & bathroom sinks. Electric blender, hand mixer, electric frying pan, coffee pot, toaster and toaster oven. Brand new glass top 4 burner stove, self-clean steam oven. This home tastefully screams Beachtime Fun! We loved our stay. Access to the beach was a short convenient walk. The neighborhood is quite, the condo is very nicely appointed and the fenced yard is HUGE. Clear easy instructions and wonderful communication with the owner. Can't wait to return! Also a brand new Publix right down the road!

This fully-equipped townhome was a perfect place to stay for us and our two dogs. Terry was very professional to work with, and was very accommodating on arrival times and answering our questions. Terry had all the amenities of home waiting for us, plus a very reaxing hot tub and beautifully landscaped and fenced yard. The townhouse was clean. The dogs enjoyed using the doggie door from the sunny screened/glassed porch to the yard. The two flat screen TV's were great, along with the new king size bed. Having a computer to use was good as we did not need to bring one with us. The location was quiet, and was only a one-block walk to the beach. The location also allowed us to walk out to dinner to two good seafood restaurants, one along the beach, and the other along the Intercoastal Waterway. There is a new Publix Supermarket just minutes away, and St Augustine is only mintues away as well. We were glad that we found Terry's place as staying along a beach-front rental along A1A would have been noisey with traffic. Five stars to Terry for making this rental very comfortable and relaxing! We would stay here again. Thank you.

WE ARE MAYO CLIENTS. AND WE BOTH FEEL SO LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE TO STAY IN FOR MY HUSBAND'S SURGERY. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT TERRY. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGHT DUE TO HIS SURGERY.. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING. THE LOCATION TO STORES, THE MAYO CLINIC AND RESTUARANTS WERE JUST GREAT. THE FENCED IN BACK YARD FOR OUR DOG WAS PRICELESS...WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS PLACE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WE HAVE TO MAKE AT LEAST 4 TO 6 TRIPS A YEAR AND LAST YEAR IT WAS EVEN MORE VISITS. When we got there it was definately what we expected based on the information we got from this site. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Wonderful home! So impressed!

My mother and I stayed there for a week. We were beyond impressed with the home. It was incredibly clean, convenient, and had everything we needed right there! Only a block from the beach with private access, which was nice because we had most of the beach all to ourselves. The location is wonderful. It's right down the street from 3 of our favorite restaurants (Aunt Kate's, The Reef, and Caps). We couldn't have asked for a better home for the week. The price for it was wonderful as well. We will definitely be staying there from now on!
