Vilano Beach Vacation Rental townhome

Our subdivision: Ponte Vedra Shores West is a small residential subdivision. It is peaceful, quiet and close to Flagler Hospital, Historic Downtown St. Augustine, beaches, malls and airports. There are constant activities going on within 20 minutes. It has a little bit of the 4 seasons and far enough north that we usually do not get hit with the hurricanes that tend to hit the lower part of Florida or come up the Gulf Coast. The landmark Castle Otttis is something to see. When giving directions to my unit, I always refer to the castle. They have church services there every Sunday at 11am. How cool is that? Or maybe you want to plan a wedding?

Local activities: Disney and other theme parks are close by for day trips. Cruise ships are up to one hour north or south. The dog track is just up US 1 approx 20 miles. St. Augustine Amphitheater is within half hour. Alligator Farm, Forts, North Beach Camp ground, Guanna State Park, are all within minutes. Skim surfing. Seranata Beach Club is available - weekly fee of $160.00. Several restaurants within 3 miles & the ocean is one block away! Large public boat ramp 4 miles south on right just before coming over the Vilano Bridge. Smaller boat ramp next to Aunt Kate's (new) Restaurant. Kayaking. TPC Sawgrass 12 miles north. Every Sunday from noon till 4 PM local vendors gather at the Vilano pier to display and sell their goods.

Private Beach: This is such a nice area to spend time. Our private beach is never crowded and pet friendly. You can either walk the block or take your car and park in the small lot. Walking the beach and looking for sharks teeth becomes addictive. People surf fishing in the morning, surfers riding the waves, kites flying all add to the wonders of this great little place of paradise. It is truly peaceful and quiet with wonderful neighbors. You can have all the night life and tourism by going back over the bridge and driving in minutes
