This oceanfront, 2-bedroom penthouse is located in the front of the project right above the beach. Located on the third floor, the unit also has a top floor patio with a splash pool and a substantial outdoor space. Inside the well decorated, 2 bedroom unit is a fully stocked kitchen, 3 plasma TVs, an IPOD dock station/alarm clock and many additional amenities as you can see from the photographs. And, don't worry, the elevator is right around the corner!

Aldea Thai is located on Mamitas Beach in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You will find sailing, wave runners, massage therapists, a club swimming pool and other amenities located right on the beach. If you would like to get away from the beach, a private pool is located on the roof of the condo. The famous 5th Ave. is steps away with fabulous shopping and dining. This property is located on the beach, between 26th and 28th with wonderful restaurants a block away on 5th Ave. The perfect location in Playa!

I love this condo! Spacious unit, well maintained - beautiful rooms with great views. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants/bars and of course, the beach. However, the private rooftop pool is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise, or to cool off with favorite drink and watch the sunset. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to visit Playa. Relaxing and convenient to everything. All the comforts of home, may not want to leave:)

The condo was especially well appointed and located. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs private pool area watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand.. This facility is in an excellent location just a couple of blocks from the main drag of 5th Ave. where most of the better restaurants and shops are located. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in visitin Playa del Carmen in Mexico. Also there are lots of activities available in the area for the young or "young at heart." This condo provides an excellent "bang for the buck."
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
