The master bedroom has a king bed, huge deck, walk-in closet, five-piece bath, and 52-inch home theater. The ocean and marina bedrooms have king beds, and the mountain bedroom has two full beds. Each bedroom has a private bath, 32-inch TV, and independent music system. The 270° wrap-around balcony overlooks the ocean, marina, and mountains.
We offer the opulence of a villa and the convenience of a downtown condo; our home is located between downtown and the marina, an easy three-minute drive in either direction. Our penthouse enjoys the latest technology, including wireless Internet, two ultra-premium home theaters, and a multi-room music system. The Penthouse
Our two-story, 4800 square-foot beachfront penthouse oozes decadence. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, All-Clad cookware, and Riedel stemware. The two (yes, two) ultra-premium home theaters include high-definition TV, hundreds of channels, full surround sound, and Denon Blu-Ray DVD players. The top-of-the-line music system allows unlimited flexibility. You can play different tunes in every room of the house, or the same music everywhere. Stream your favorite channel over the Internet, or pop your iPod into one of the docking stations and play your own tunes. Naturally, we provide wireless Internet and free international calls. A personal chef is available upon request. The penthouse is privately owned and managed by an American couple.
The Peninsula
