The three levels offer separate home theater areas for all ages to entertain themselves, including Wi-Fi service. Two fireplaces provide a cozy atmosphere. Use the private beaches to take in the lake and mountain fresh air. Lake Arrowhead Village with its unique shops, restaurants and free summer concerts is an 8-minute drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please contact owner for rate information.
  • $75 cleaning charge includes trash removal and is not refundable.
    $400 deposit will be refunded provided the house is left in the good condition you find upon arrival.
    Amenities include initial supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and firewood.
  • Deposit and cancellation policy:

    An initial $400 security and damage deposit is required no later than 14 days after making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after check out, less the cost of damage, loss and/or excessive cleaning caused by the Tenants.

    Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to the Tenant's arrival date unless booked within 30 days. If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less a $75 service charge. This service charge applies to all cancellations.

    Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival may result in forfeiture of 25% of the entire rent, unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount. Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival may result in forfeiture of 50% of the entire rent.

This lovely Arrowhead getaway is beautifully decorated with a mountain flair. We had a wonderful time relaxing and rejuvenating. I would highly recommend this home.

Great House, Great Area . . . Great Experience !

My son and I utilized this property for a mini-retreat and we were blown away by the amenities, the view, and the spaceous interior. We especially enjoyed the loft area where we lounged and watched TV.
