This is a new construction home with built-in upgrades. This is my one of two vacation homes in San Antonio. My other Listing is 249225. This home is located in a residential community sub-division that is located one mile from I-37 and Military Drive, just 10 driving minutes from downtown San Antonio Riverwalk and Convention Centers. The sub-division offers a large park and playground area with a sand volleyball court, bike and walking trail. No community pool. That's ok, because there are plenty of waterparks in San Antonio. There are new retail shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fast food chains all within 2 minutes of the home. Every room has a flatscreen TV and the Living room has a 32' flatscreen TV. Seaworld is just 30 minutes away and Lackland AFB is just 25 minutes away. If you would like to see reviews on this home, please visit VRBO, my Listing is 228872. Everyone agreed, This house was wonderful and added immensely to the enjoyment of our trip! Very fresh and clean, inviting, well-designed, tastefully decorated, quality furnishings, close to stores & many places of interest. We were extremely comfortable the entire time and felt right at home. It was truly a joy for us to spend family time together here and to come back to, after our busy days.
