This 5 bedroom, 5 bath home has a reverse floor plan, where the upstairs kitchen and family rooms have fantastic ocean and waterway views. Third floor widows watch provides incredible views of the island. Located close to beach access. This house is finished with high end details such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, elevator, large upstairs and downstairs living areas, gas fireplace in the upstairs living area and a wet bar downstairs. An ice maker, outdoor gas grill and outdoor dining set are also included. The kitchen is well equipped for all chefs. Enjoy the private pool in the landscaped fenced back yard. Three bedrooms downstairs, two with queen beds and one with a double/single bunk. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds. Unique sleeping nook with queen overlooks the inter-coastal waterway. Every bedroom has a full bath. Internet access is available.
