Privacy at the top of the mountain and the end of the road. Very quiet, private, secure and yet convenient. Relax on the south slope of Tiger Mountain, just minutes from Issaquah and only 19 miles to Seattle. This 4,100 square foot home is tucked away on 3 acres of paradise, paved roads all the way, borders the Tiger Mountain State Forest. The property is excellent for individual, couples or families. This homes unique design has 18+ ceilings throughout, very large great room with fireplace, outdoor built-in hot tub, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, bonus room above garage and very large kitchen. The house and yard are excellent for entertaining; after a BBQ, practice your golfing skills on our 'one hole' putting/chipping green (located just off the back patio), or just kick back, relax and enjoy living in your own private park. Hiking, biking, snow skiing, water activities, shopping, museums and theatrical entertainment are just minutes away.
